Job Description
Job Duties: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate salon staff on job responsibilities, service techniques, health and safety procedures, and company policies. Establish work schedules and daily operating procedures to meet salon service demands and ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate, assign, and review the work of salon staff to ensure high standards of customer service and service quality. Requisition, monitor, and manage salon supplies, products, tools, and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels. Resolve work-related issues, staff conflicts, and customer complaints in a professional manner to maintain smooth salon operations. Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and staff productivity, and implement improvements when required. Conduct thorough consultations to assess guest preferences, lifestyle, and long-term grooming goals. Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and overall barbershop environment. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. 1 to 2 years of experience in the related service industry is required. Be available to start as soon as possible and commit to regular weekly hours.
