Job Duties: Shampoo customers' hair Shave and trim beards and mustaches Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair Maintain and order supplies Follow proper sterilization and sanitation procedures Wash and care for client capes, towels, and related items Conduct thorough consultations with each guest to understand their needs Learn and understand Aveda products to recommend suitable treatments and home care Perform Aveda Rituals, including a neck and shoulder massage with every service Cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize clients' skin as part of grooming services Maintain a clean and organized workstation and overall barbershop environment Take part in ongoing education to stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques Job Requirements: Secondary School graduation certificate is required. 7 months to less than 1 year is required. Be available to start as soon as possible and commit to regular weekly hours.
