Mii Sushi & BBQ in Canmore, AB is looking for full-time First cook. Job Position: First cook Number of Job Openings: 1 Language at Work: English Job Description: • Prepare various types of sushi items including sashimi, sushi, maki, rolls and other Japanese & Korean dishes • Handle all kinds of raw fishes by skinning and deboning • Plan and develop seasonal/special menu • Perform monthly inventoryC • Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality • Hire, train, and supervise semi-skilled cooks and other kitchen staff Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school required - Min. 2 - 3 years of cooking experience required Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent Wage: $ 22.00 to $36.00 per hour (to be negotiated) Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay Work Location: #1A-1306 Bow Valley Trail, Canmore, AB T1W 1N6 Please send your resume by email, miisushi22@gmail.com
