Ardent Softsol Inc. is currently looking for 4 full time and permanent Full Stack Java Developers to join their team as soon as possible. Number of positions: 4 About the Role: Ardent SoftSol Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular, React, and Java to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle — from analyzing requirements to delivering production-ready solutions. The role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: This position performs some or all of the following duties: • Software Design & Coding: Design, write, read, test, and correct code for new software using Angular, React, and Java-based back-end technologies. • System Analysis: Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems. • Impact Assessment: Evaluate interrelationships between programs to identify potential side effects of changes. • Application Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce, Internet, and mobile applications. • Interactive & UI Features: Develop, implement, and maintain interactive features and animations that enhance user experience. • Gameplay & Special Features (if applicable): Modify and maintain features that integrate effectively into existing platforms or software systems. • Documentation: Write technical documentation for new and updated software. • Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery. • Best Practices: Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques. Skills Required • Strong knowledge of Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and version control tools (Git). • Experience in front-end responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience in interactive application development or game mechanics is an asset. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. • Progression to a Software Engineer role is possible with experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location – Temporarily remote from within Canada Salary: $48.50 per hour Education Required • A degree or a college program in a related field is required. Experience Required • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a software developer or programmer, preferably in full stack development is required.
