Main Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations Supervise and support staff during shifts Plan and organize work schedules Train new employees Handle cash, prepare daily reports, and balance sales Manage inventory and order supplies Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed Communicate with suppliers for food and other items Respond to customer complaints or concerns Provide friendly and efficient customer service Requirements: Completion of high school (secondary school) Up to 1 year of experience in food service or a supervisory role Strong leadership and organizational skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment
