KIDSFORTECH is the education academy that has been designing, developing, and producing robotics kits and educates since 2018. The purpose of the business is to introduce an innovative and interactive educational model for learning about new robotics hardware and software education systems to children and youths. The business has two locations in BC (Vancouver West and Surrey), and working toward expanding out across North America, including other Canadian provinces as well as the United States. The Position We are looking for an enthusiastic, business-minded Chief Executive Officer to guide our team. This position is essential for our business daily operation. This position reports to our investors and owners. The candidate is expected to work closely with the senior management team and be responsible for key business decisions. Main Duties: · Creating modifying and implementing company objectives, policies, and programs. · Establishing and organizing the financial structure of the business, which outlines how resources will be allocated. · Managing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. · Representing the company in contract negotiations and other official events. · Designing the overall personnel planning. · Mapping and evaluating the company’s short-term and long-term goals. · Approving decisions made by the manager and staff team. · Coordinating the operations of the main office and two branches. Job Details: Terms of employment: Full Time, 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Sunday 3:00 PM-8:00 PM Permanent Salary: $40/hour Vacation and Benefits: 4% vacation pay 50% off tuition on KIDSFORTECH programs Expected start date: As soon as possible The requirement A qualified candidate is required to have: · College diploma in business administration or computer science. · At least three years of working experience as a CEO or senior manager in robotic and coding education for K-12 students in North America. · Deep understanding of the K-12 North America education market. · Reference letters from the previous employer. · Strong communication, organization, coordination, and marketing skills; able to multitask. · Understand the computer coding and robotic curriculum; have related knowledge in computer coding and robotics. · Have knowledge of start-up business and able to foresee the business development. · Experienced with Franchises business mode.
