Busy Vietnamese restaurant with 3 locations in Saskatoon is seeking hardworking, motivated staff to join our culinary team (cooks, prep, etc). As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food handling practices. Experience with Vietnamese & other east-Asian cuisine is an asset. Your duties include but not limited to: Prepare and cook menu items, ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as necessary
