Job Description
Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Spa Responsibilities (Tasks) Direct and control daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff Plan and control the budget and inventory Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies Address customers' complaints or concerns
