Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor Company: Circle K Location: 61 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Wage: $27.50 per hour Start Date: As soon as possible Job Overview: Circle K is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at our busy Toronto location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner Open and close the store, handle cash, and prepare deposits Train new employees and monitor performance Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or as a retail supervisor Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Employment Equity: We encourage applications from Indigenous peoples, newcomers to Canada, visible minorities, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
