Shreeswaminarayan Food Inc. O/A Panago Pizza located at 216 Anderson Street, Nelson, BC, V1L 3X7 is looking for a Restaurant Assistant manager with minimum High School education. The Candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or Degree/Diploma/ Certificate in relevant field. Pay per hour will be $36.60. This is permanent full-time position with minimum 30 to 35 hours of work per week. Following are the set of job duties and responsibilities for this position: · Plan, Organize and manage the daily operations. · Maximize profitability and meet financial objectives. · Recruit, train and supervise the staff. · Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. · Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and control inventory. · Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
