Title: Tilesetter Employer: MCM-D’Lusso Construction Location: 21 Stewart Rd #2Collingwood, Ontario, L9Y 4M7 Salary: $33 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week Vacancies: 2 Employment groups: Support for newcomers and refugees, Support for youths, Support for indigenous people, Support for mature workers, Supports for visible minorities Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time, Start Date: As soon as possible Job Requirements: Languages: English Education • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience • 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to base Align and straighten tiles Prepare tenders and quotations Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools Instruct apprentices Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles Supervise other workers Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Physically demanding Handling heavy loads Bending, crouching, kneeling Ability to distinguish between colours Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Dependability Excellent oral communication Judgement Reliability Hardworking How to apply By email: mcmdlusso.jobs@gmail.com
