Perform vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips to ensure proper functionality and safety. Inform passengers about fares, schedules, and stop locations. Share sightseeing information to enhance the travel experience. Collect fares and accurately record transactions. Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with the public. Address challenging passenger situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Provide clear directions to passengers during emergency evacuations. Report any delays, mechanical problems, or accidents as required.
