Scott Road, Kingston, Ontario, Canada K7L 4V3 Title of the Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Number of Positions Available: 1 Job Duties: - Perform bookkeeping services to help the company meet its monthly targets in the accounting department. - Maintain and balance various financial accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems - Submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other necessary government documents. - Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, manage general ledgers, and compile financial statements. - Handle the calculation and preparation of payroll cheques, as well as payments for utilities, taxes, and other bills. - Generate various statistical, financial, and accounting reports. - Other bookkeeping duties as required.
