Complete floor maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing. Ensure fresh towels and toiletries are distributed to designated areas. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by disinfecting and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Execute thorough disinfection protocols in operating rooms and various sections of the facility. Manage lost and found items, documenting and reporting them as necessary. Offer basic facility information to patrons, aiding in their navigation and comfort. Keep premises tidy by collecting debris and emptying trash receptacles regularly. Carry out light cleaning duties to uphold a neat and organized environment. Perform window, wall, and ceiling washing to maintain overall cleanliness. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
