About this role
Establish and maintain child-care programs designed to foster the holistic development of children, encompassing physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects.
Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, singing, and local excursions to stimulate children's curiosity and learning.
Foster creativity among children by encouraging participation in art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
Provide guidance and assistance to children in developing healthy habits related to eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Monitor children closely for any signs of potential learning or behavioral issues, and communicate observations effectively through reports to parents, guardians, or supervisors.
Evaluate children's abilities, interests, and needs, and maintain open communication with parents and colleagues to discuss progress or address any concerns.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with fellow staff members and community service providers involved in child development.
Design and maintain a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes the health, safety, and overall well-being of children.
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Certificates & licenses: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
