Job Title: Long haul truck driver Employer: YAD TRANSPORTATION LTD. Salary: $29.50 hourly / 40 to 50 hours per Week Vacancies: 03 Job Location: 5700 44 St SE Calgary, Alberta T2C 5G7 Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time Employment conditions: Flexible hours Start date: As soon as possible Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience Will train Tasks Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy Load and unload goods Pay and receive payments for goods Perform brake adjustments Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Driver's License (Class 1 or A) Documentation knowledge Driver logbook Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Own tools/equipment Steel-toed safety boots Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility Team player How to apply By email drs.amanbhullar@gmail.com
