Plan menus and estimate food requirements for meal preparation. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, catering to diverse dietary needs. Ensure dishes meet the dietary requirements of customers with food allergies or intolerances. Cook special meals for patients as directed by a dietitian or chef. Monitor and order supplies, determine portion sizes, and manage costs for menu planning. Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
