Job Description
Develop effective strategies to meet work schedules efficiently. Provide comprehensive training to staff regarding their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure excellent food service. Create and manage budgets, as well as prepare cost estimates. Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner. Keep detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage. Prepare and submit reports as necessary.
