Job Description
Develop strategies to meet work schedules efficiently. Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols. Estimate and procure ingredients and supplies as needed. Recruit and hire food service staff. Maintain quality control and ensure high standards in food service. Prepare budget projections and cost estimates. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Keep detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste. Compile and submit reports as required.
