Supervise and coordinate staff
Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
Authorize payments and handle returns.
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Prepare reports on service volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Hire, train, and monitor the performance of staff.
Ensure visual standards and office images are maintained.
Perform duties alongside supervised workers if necessary.
Take on key holding and managerial responsibilities, such as opening/closing the office, managing complaints, developing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
