Oversee and manage the tasks of light-duty, industrial, or specific cleaners and custodians. Review sites or facilities to confirm they meet set safety and cleanliness criteria. Suggest or coordinate additional services, like painting, maintenance, renovations, or equipment and furnishings replacement. Recruit and educate cleaning personnel. Organize work timetables and align tasks with other departmental activities. Draft budgets, estimate expenses, and maintain financial documentation.
