Job Description Job Description: 8 + years of overall software development experience with at least 6 years in Salesforce only. Provide technical guidance and mentor team members. Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of SOQL and SOSL queries Ability to create HLD and LLD from business requirements and interpret them into applications designs Must have experience of working knowledge in Lightning framework (Aura/LWC) Must have strong knowledge of implementing Salesforce Triggers, Workflows, Controllers, VF, Aura components & Asynchronous apex Must have strong knowledge with Salesforce integration with other systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and issue resolution skills Experience of working using Agile/ Scrum methodologies Working experience on Git and JIRA Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels knowledge of working in various design patterns/frameworks like Apex design pattern (Singleton, Strategy & Facade) and Enterprise Pattern, Trigger pattern and mocking framework Must have an exposure of working in Sales & Service cloud Proficient in using meta-data migration tools like VS Code and Sales Force Data Loader and expertise in deployment using Ant, Jenkins, and Changeset. Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science/BTech/MTech/MCA/Bsc(IT) Additional Skills/Knowledge: Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Project Managers Strong organizational skills. Excellent/demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Effective interface with middle and senior management Produce quality work under time constraints Ability to work independently at the highest level in all phases of product development Uses independent judgment to identify problems and provide solutions Must be a self-starter with great initiative and drive. Must be a creative and innovative thinker.
